Those black cables are the grounding wires for the amps. Scott told me horrow stories of rookie installers drilling holes for ground wires
and accidentally drilling through gas tanks. Thus... it's much better to just ground them to the seat-belt anchors. Cleaner too. He later ended up
moving one of the ground cables to the seatbelt anchor on the left because it was to short to reach the other amp.
